Drop In Class -- PomSquad with Jenarator

Drop in to the Saturday 10AM PomSquad Fitness class at TranscenDance Studios- 120 Madison Street in Oak Park. We meet every Saturday starting January 13th. Class is from 10AM - 11AM. 

By purchasing this membership, you agree I (participant) am voluntarily participating in a live fitness class and workshop. I

assume and recognize there are risks involved in a physical fitness class. I

hereby waive and release the fitness instructor, Jena Ertel as well

as the entity PomSquad FitnessTM and event location TranscenDance Studios

from any and all claims of liability for any accidental injury or illness which may occur as a result of participating in the fitness program. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I may otherwise have to bring legal action against the instructor for personal injury or property damage. I understand that if medical attention is needed after participating in this class, I am responsible for payment of any services rendered.
